　　Where does the noise trouble come from when the elevator is in normal use?

　　1、 Noise of lift pumping station

　　Causes of failure:

　　1. The motor wiring is wrong, and the noise increases when the system pressure rises

　　2. Motor coil winding fault

　　3. The motor bearing is damaged

　　Exclusion method:

　　1. Replace the connecting bearing

　　2. Replace or repair the motor

　　2、 Lift leg noise

　　The outrigger of mobile elevator should be opened before operation. In this case, if the outrigger is short of grease, noise will be generated.

　　Solution: check whether the outrigger performance is good, even if the grease is polished to increase its lubricity.

　　3、 Lift cylinder noise

　　1. The oil level is too low, and air is sucked into the oil from the oil filter net or connector connection

　　2. The coupling is loose

　　3. Internal fault of oil cylinder

　　The motor is not concentric

　　5. Inhale air from the moving shaft of the motor

　　6. The oil filter is blocked by oil pollution

　　7. The oil return pipe is loose, sucking air or the oil pipe is on the oil surface, mixing air into the oil

　　Exclusion method:

　　1. The concentricity should be adjusted within 0.1 mm

　　2. Correct the coupling

　　3. Repair or replace the oil pump

　　4. Increase the oil volume above 400mm at the oil filter and joint

　　5. Replace the sealing ring of the rotating shaft

　　6. Clean the oil filter and filter the oil

　　7. Lock the oil return pipe and extend it under the oil level

　　1. There is air mixed in the oil or the air in the hydraulic cylinder is not completely discharged, resulting in cavitation phenomenon under the action of high pressure and causing large noise. At this time, the air must be exhausted in time.

　　2. If the oil seal of the cylinder head is too tight or the piston rod is bent, the noise will be produced due to other forces during the movement. At this time, the oil seal should be straightened or replaced in time.

　　4、 Noise of lift relief valve

　　1. There is air in the front chamber of pilot valve of relief valve

　　2. The damping hole on the main valve core of the relief valve is blocked by oil dirt

　　3. The pilot valve and the valve seat are not tight

　　4. Spring deformation or wrong installation

　　5. The oil flow of remote control port is too large

　　6. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low or too high

　　7. Resonate with the components in the circuit

　　Exclusion method:

　　1. Strengthen the sealing, increase and decrease the pressure repeatedly, and exhaust for several times

　　2. Clean the valve body to make the damping hole unobstructed

　　3. Repair or replace

　　4. Repair and replace the spring

　　5. Reduce the flow of remote control port

　　6. Change the oil

　　7. The pressure setting of other components should not be close to that of relief valve

　　5、 Lift pipe noise

　　Pipeline noise is usually caused by too many dead bends in hydraulic pipeline or loose fixed sleeve.

　　Therefore, it is necessary to avoid dead bending in the hydraulic pipeline line and check the tightness of the ferrule in time.

　　6、 Road noise

　　If the tire is rolled on the object which is easy to produce noise, it will also produce noise.

　　Solution: do a good job in the elevator inspection before operation, timely clean up the ground debris, looking for flat, solid ground for high-altitude operation.
